How to delete your Laleo account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Steps

1. Open Laleo and log in.
2. Tap the Options (gear) icon at the bottom right, then select Account.
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
4. Confirm, then enter your password.

What is deleted

• Your account and login, email registration, and user ID.
• Your profile (display name, photo, public profile) and encryption keys.
• Your friend list and friend requests.
• Your registered devices.
• Messages and files you sent that are still on our servers. Anything the other person had not yet received is removed and may never be delivered.
• Your chat data and keys on all devices where you are logged in.

What remains

• Conversation history already received on your friends' own devices stays there. You appear to them as "Deleted user".

Email us at support@laleo.net from your registered email address and we will help you delete your account.

앱 안에서 언제든지 직접 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

탈퇴 방법

1. 라레오를 열고 로그인합니다.
2. 오른쪽 아래의 옵션(톱니바퀴) 버튼을 누르고 계정을 선택합니다.
3. 맨 아래의 탈퇴를 누릅니다.
4. 확인 후 비밀번호를 입력합니다.

삭제되는 정보

• 계정과 로그인 정보, 이메일 등록, 유저 ID
• 프로필(대화명, 사진, 공개 프로필)과 암호화 키
• 친구 목록과 친구 요청
• 등록된 기기 정보
• 서버에 남아 있는 내가 보낸 메시지와 파일 (상대방이 아직 받지 못한 것은 삭제되어 전달되지 않을 수 있습니다)
• 로그인된 모든 기기의 대화 기록과 데이터, 키

남는 정보

• 이미 상대방 기기에 수신된 대화 기록은 상대방 기기에 그대로 남으며, 상대방에게는 "탈퇴한 사용자"로 표시됩니다.

앱에 접속할 수 없다면

가입한 이메일 주소로 support@laleo.net에 메일을 보내 주시면 탈퇴를 도와드립니다.
