Laleo ("the app") is a messenger app provided by jgmicro ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information
- Required: email address
- Optional: user ID, display name, profile photo or color, name, gender, birth date (the app works without them)
- Messages and files: messages and attachments you send are encrypted before they leave your device.
- Device information
- What we collect: device name, platform, device ID, push notification token, last active time, IP address, approximate city-level location estimated from the IP address
- What we use it for: showing your logged-in devices, sending push notifications, logging out other devices
- Advertising data: our ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect an advertising ID and device information.
2. How we use information
- To create and secure your account, and to deliver messages and calls.
- To send push notifications and account emails such as email verification and password reset.
- To show your logged-in devices and let you log out other devices.
- To show ads, which keeps the app free.
3. Encryption and retention
- Messages and attachments are encrypted. Our servers store only encrypted data.
- Messages are deleted from our servers once all recipients' devices have received them. Messages that were not received are deleted after the retention period shown in the app.
- Attached files are kept on our servers only for the limited period shown in the app.
- Received messages are stored on your device.
4. Third-party services
- Google (cloud infrastructure for running the app, such as authentication, data storage, and push notifications).
- Google AdMob (advertising). See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Email delivery service provider (sending account emails to your email address).
- IP-based location lookup service (your IP address is sent to an external service to determine an approximate location).

라레오(이하 "앱")는 jgmicro(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 메신저 앱입니다. 이 방침은 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하며, 이용자가 어떤 선택을 할 수 있는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 계정 정보
- 필수 정보: 이메일 주소
- 선택 정보: 유저 ID, 대화명, 프로필 사진 또는 배경색, 이름, 성별, 생년월일 (입력하지 않아도 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다)
- 메시지와 파일: 보내는 메시지와 첨부파일은 기기에서 나가기 전에 암호화됩니다.
- 기기 정보
- 수집하는 항목: 기기 이름, 플랫폼, 기기 ID, 푸시 알림 토큰, 마지막 사용 시각, IP 주소, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 도시 단위 위치
- 사용 목적: 로그인한 기기 목록 표시, 푸시 알림 전송, 다른 기기 로그아웃
- 광고 데이터: 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공하며, 광고 ID와 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
2. 정보의 사용 목적
- 계정 생성과 보안, 메시지와 통화 전달
- 푸시 알림, 이메일 인증과 비밀번호 재설정 등 계정 관련 메일 발송
- 로그인한 기기 목록 표시와 다른 기기 로그아웃
- 광고 표시 (앱을 무료로 제공하기 위함)
3. 암호화와 보관 기간
- 메시지와 첨부파일은 암호화되며, 서버에는 암호화된 데이터만 저장됩니다.
- 메시지는 받는 사람의 모든 기기가 수신하면 서버에서 삭제되며, 수신하지 못한 메시지는 앱에 안내된 보관 기간이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
- 첨부파일은 업로드 후 앱에 안내된 기간 동안만 서버에 보관됩니다.
- 받은 메시지는 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
- Google (앱 운영에 필요한 인증, 데이터 저장, 푸시 알림 등 클라우드 인프라)
- Google AdMob (광고). Google 개인정보처리방침은 policies.google.com/privacy 에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 이메일 발송 서비스 제공업체 (계정 관련 이메일 발송)
- IP 기반 위치 조회 서비스 (이용자의 IP 주소가 외부 서비스로 전송되어 대략적인 지역을 확인하는 데 사용됩니다)
5. 계정 삭제
앱에서 직접 탈퇴할 수 있습니다 (옵션 → 계정 → 탈퇴). 자세한 방법은 계정 삭제 안내를 확인하세요.
